This is an extremely client-facing role where you will be supporting 6-7 Managing Directors. The MDs and firm are seeking a Senior TeamAssistant who can be one step ahead, highly organisational with excellent communication. If you are an Assistant that is looking to work with high-achieving and ambitious professionals, then this role is for you!As a vital member of this collaborative and supportive team, you will have the chance to work as a unit to ensure their day runs smoothly.You will have extensive experience managing a hectic schedule, prioritising travel arrangements and confident with liaising with a plethora of people, from senior management to analysts. It is important that you have prior experience in a similarly demanding and fast-paced investment/finance environment.To thrive in this role, you’ll be a Team Assistant with 4 - 6 years of experience who has also supported large teams.Ideally, you will be an Assistant within the investment sector, from Alternative Investment, Private Equity, and professional services. You’re an individual who can do well under pressure and enjoys a challenge.Duties include, but not limited too:
  • Extensive calendar management for large teams
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and calls
  • Organising travel arrangements, international and domestic flights, accommodation
  • Providing support for colleagues when needed
  • Expense and additional ad-hoc tasks
You will have:
  • Experience in providing team assistant support to a large and busy team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication style is required
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to use your initiative and be one step ahead
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise a heavy workload
  • Outlook experience
