Job Title: Senior Treasury Solutions ConsultantPOSITION SUMMARYOur client is a leading global treasury consultancy providing Treasury Solutions and Risk Management solutions to financial sponsors and corporates. The candidate will assist financial sponsors and their portfolio companies improve efficiency, manage risk, and construct financial operations that support growth and safeguard finances. The candidate will work alongside experienced Treasury and Working Capital experts, creating cutting-edge Treasury and Working Capital solutionsPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive and oversee the management and execution of Treasury Solutions engagements.
- Cultivate and develop relationships with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies & corporates.
- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of their Treasury Solutions by building and improving models, datasets, analytical frameworks, and other scalable consulting assets.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive business development and growth in Treasury Solutions.
- Generate leads through outbound communication (email, calling, etc.).
- Assist in developing pitches and proposals, and in closing engagement wins.
- Active outreach to sponsors and potential clients to generate leads & opportunities.
- Identify, build and grow new and existing business relationships with financial sponsors, portfolio companies & corporates.
Delivery

- Assist in advisory engagements.
- Lead and work closely with Treasury Solutions consultants in the delivery of client engagements: data gathering, analysis, recommendations.
- Conduct desk research to gather secondary research in support of engagements.
- Work with panel members to deliver client engagements.
- Oversee panel members and internal staff on engagements, coaching to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure work products exhibit rigorous methodology, high quality and are communicated effectively.
- Automate the delivery of advisory solutions.
- Collaborate with Treasury Solutions team to develop and manage the automation of our treasury solutions.
- Work with third party technology partners and tools to deliver workflow enablement, business rule-driven process orchestration and governance, automation and decision support analytics.
- Assist in advisory engagements.
EXPERIENCE & CHARACTERISTICS
- Experience in business development: an ability to understand, assess and react to client needs and the creation of solutions to support their treasury challenges.
- Knowledge of all aspects of Treasury and Working Capital, ideally through 10+ years of experience in a corporate Treasury or related financial environment
- Strong critical thinking skills with an ability to organize, synthesize, and analyse qualitative and quantitative data.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; must have a balanced, open, and team-based personality and an ability to work well under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in a field combining quantitative analysis and critical thinking such as Economics or Finance.
- Strong facility with core Microsoft products, particularly Excel, Word and Power Point, with competency in Visual Basic or other skills being an advantage.
- Willingness to travel, together with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally as a TS Consultant.
- Fluency in a major European or Asian language, in addition to English, is advantageous but not a requirement.
