You should have worked in a fast-paced environment supporting a large team.Responsibilities include, but are not limited too:
  • Juggling and coordinating complex diaries and fast-changing schedules for a large, busy team
  • Arranging international travel and handling related expenses — think global itineraries and seamless logistics
  • Liaising directly with clients, senior stakeholders, and leadership
  • Supporting on ad-hoc projects, group events
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Assistant in investment or professional services
