- Coordinating and organising events from start to finish, including managing logistics such as hotels, accommodation, and seating arrangements
- Preparing documentation and board packs
- Written content creation and correspondence, including managing IR mailings and outreach campaigns
- Scheduling meetings and ensuring all materials are provided
- Overseeing outreach campaigns and logistics, including managing mailing lists, follow-ups, and RSVPs
- Assisting with investor outreach and follow-up for the Head of Investor Relations
- Experience in financial services firms (particularly private equity) or the broader professional services industry
- Experience in event coordination and/or exposure to investor relations
- Strong attention to detail, with a test to be provided to assess this
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities
- Proficiency in a second language is advantageous
