- Conduct regular asset audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies.
- Prepare asset-related schedules for financial reporting.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Operations teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Coordinate with other departments for asset transfers and disposals.
- Ensure compliance with asset-related policies and procedures
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of inventory control systems and procedures.
- Coordinate and oversee routine inventory counts and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial analysis on asset and inventory balances/projects.
- Provide insights into asset and inventory projects.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Create and manage reports and dashboards to monitor asset deliveries in line with major contracts and deployment timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP4HANA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data.
