Sterling Williams are working alongside an excellent Wealth Management Firm who are seeking a client services administrator to join a rapidly growing team in London. You will work as part of a highly professional support team that enables portfolio managers to maintain excellent relationship with clients and ensures that the business is able to deliver outstanding services.?

Skills & Requirements

- 2 Years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably in Wealth Management- Hard working- Excellent administration and interpersonal skills- Capability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel- Ability to work individually and as part of a team- Highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines, multi task, prioritise and re-prioritise workload as needed- Ability to communicate effectively with senior and junior staff- Diligent, with excellent attention to detail- Effective critical thinking skills, with the ability to find solutions to problems independently- Desire to self-improve and broaden knowledge- Inquisitive and analytical mind- Good technology skills and awareness, solid working experience of key Microsoft Office applications- Knowledge of AML & Due Diligence requirements- Awareness of anti-money laundering and know your client/due diligence requirements

The Role?

- Opening of client accounts;- Reviewing of application forms- Entering data into client system and into settlement system;- Reviewing of Anti-Money-Laundering and Due Diligence documentation;- Collating due diligence documentation;- Providing feedback on progress of a new account;- Communicating with RM’s and clients with feedback on account opening progress and additional information required;- Providing clients with online access;- Creation of client correspondence;- Creating of client files to store account opening documentation and communications;- Supporting Relationship Managers;- Dealing with a variety of client queries;- Updating of static data on internal systems;- Remediation project work;- Assisting with Quality Assurance review and making necessary amendments;- Assisting with developing your own and the team’s procedures and checklists; and- Such other activities that are commensurate with the employee’s status as the employee’s line manager or the Board of the Company may reasonably require.
