Financial Administrator

Salary: £26,000 per annum
Temporary position ( 6 Months)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the finance team with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Handle customer inquiries related to financial transactions and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a financial administration role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
