- Processing Mortgage Applications: Manage the full administrative lifecycle of mortgage applications, including preparation, submission, and tracking with various financial institutions.
- Client Engagement: Serve as a primary contact for clients, providing updates on the status of their applications and addressing any inquiries.
- Document Handling: Gather, review, and organize all necessary documentation from clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lender requirements.
- Coordination with Lenders: Liaise effectively with bank officials, underwriters, and mortgage advisors to ensure the smooth progression of applications.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise throughout the mortgage process.
- Database Management: Keep detailed and current records of all client communications and application progress in our CRM system.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all actions adhere to industry regulations and company policies
- Experience: Previous experience in mortgage administration, particularly in submitting and keying applications to banks.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of mortgage products, bank application processes, and regulatory guidelines.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both clients and financial institutions.
