My Client based in the City are looking for a Mortgage Administrator to join their existing team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient individual to join our team as a Mortgage Administration Support. This role involves providing timely and accurate administrative support to our Mortgage Brokers and Advisors, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to Mortgage Brokers and Advisors.
  • Prepare correspondence, including letters and emails, for clients and providers.
  • Maintain up-to-date records on software packages such as 360, Twenty7Tec, and Intelligent Office.
  • Assist with managing pipelines and existing business of Advisors.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with clients, solicitors, and providers.
  • Compile client compliance files and submit them for compliance checking.
  • Adhere to internal standards, administrative procedures, compliance protocols, and time-keeping regulations.
  • Show initiative in dealing with clients and undertake ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Financial Services is required.
  • Enthusiastic with a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of 360, Twenty7Tec, and Intelligent Office is an advantage.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to listen and follow instructions effectively.
  • Delivery-focused with a drive for quality.
  • Methodical and orderly in all tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and develop both personally and professionally.
  • Good planning and organizing skills, able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

This role is a Hybrid role, working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. To start with the client would like the successful applicant in the office full time for an onboarding process.

This role is a Temporary to Permanent role however they are also open to having someone start permanently straight away not to rule out suitable applicants and the salary will be up to 40k based on a full time 35 hour working week.
