- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of Mortgage Advisers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service that encourages ongoing referrals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Manage the full mortgage process, from initial application through to completion.
- Attend meetings with lenders, building industry relationships.
- Collaborate closely with clients, lenders, and advisers, ensuring timely delivery of documents, letters, and updates.
- Create invoices, manage adviser fee records, and assist in drafting recommendations and suitability letters.
