As we approach the end of the tax year, the wealth management recruitment market remains very buoyant. Several financial planning businesses are continuing to recruit and once we are into the new tax year more interviews will start to take place. However, the low supply of high-quality candidates in relation to the demand remains as the overarching challenge.
