What you'll do:

As a Payments Analyst in Wealth Management, your role will be pivotal in supporting the Treasury and Payments Manager with client queries, payment processing, and monitoring transfers of cash and assets to and from client accounts. You will be responsible for dealing with client queries, assembling necessary documentation for payment processing, preparing new and maintaining existing client regular payments. Your excellent attention to detail will be crucial in inputting data into the CRM system. You will also be responsible for security confirmation calls following compliance guidelines. Your strong interpersonal skills will come into play as you assist clients with preparation of paperwork ensuring all required information is sent and returned accurately and timely.

* Deal with client queries including day-to-day account administration* Assemble all necessary documentation for payment processing* Prepare new and maintain existing client regular payments* Input data into the CRM system ensuring information is correct and entered properly* Responsible for security confirmation calls following compliance guidelines* Assist clients with preparation of paperwork ensuring all required information is sent and returned accurately and timely* Monitor transfers of cash and assets to and from client's accounts diligently* Record money movements on a daily basis and report weekly funds

What you bring:

The ideal Payments Analyst candidate will bring a minimum of 12 months experience in middle to front office customer services within financial services. You will have strong knowledge of MS Office Suite; Excel, Word and Power Point. CRM experience is advantageous but training will be provided. Your ability to clearly understand and demonstrate outstanding customer service will be key in this role. Your effective presentation skills coupled with your ability to research and package information for the team and clients will set you apart. Your excellent interpersonal skills; ability to listen and converse well on all levels as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills will be crucial in this role. Your efficient time management skills to plan workload and prioritise accordingly will be highly valued.
