Ambition are supporting a well-established law firm with their recruitment for a Revenue Assistant. This is great opportunity to join an established team, within their London office on a permanent basis. The firm also offers hybrid working and a competitive salary.
Reporting into the Billing Manager, the key duties will include;
- Creation of monthly bills from WIP
- Processing WIP write-offs and transfers
- Creation of billing reports and analysis
- Raising e-bills to be uploaded onto client billing platforms
- Managing the shared Invoices inbox
- Dealing with queries from fee earners and partners in a professional and timely manner
- Keeping billing processes up to date
- Dealing with client queries in a timely manner
- Other duties as required.
Successful candidates will ideally have a minimum of two years previous experience of working in a similar role, ideally in a law firm. Experience using Aderant is highly advantageous. Proficient skills and competence in Word, Excel and Outlook are required.
