Our client is seeking a proactive and adaptable Counterparty Onboarding Analyst to join their team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the leading absolute return/hedge fund managers, overseeing assets on behalf of institutional investors from around the globe. What you'll do:

As a Counterparty Onboarding Analyst, your role will involve daily interaction with external financial institutions, acting as a first point of contact and representative for our client. You will be responsible for managing multiple lines of communication, working with multiple counterparties concurrently under time pressure to set up accounts and trading facilities. Your unwavering attention to detail, high level of numeracy and literacy, and ability to remain calm under pressure will be key to your success in this role.

* Manage organized outreach to counterparties* Monitor inbound communications to the counterparties team - actioning requests and liaising with relevant department where appropriate* Answer queries, track progress, liaise on requirements* Participate in project meetings* Communicate progress of onboards to senior management and adjust workflows to match their priorities* Log and action interactions* Escalate risks where appropriate* Chase counterparts* Manage priorities of various competing tasks

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Counterparty Onboarding Analyst role will bring a strong interest in the area, with an understanding of how the industry operates. You should possess strong time and task management skills with the ability to react swiftly to changes in the business environment. A 2:1 Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent is required, along with 3 years relevant work experience. Experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Sales & Trading or Investment Management roles is desirable.
