The role:

Portfolio Administration & relationship management

Answering calls and live chats from clients promptly, providing them with a high quality service. Aiming to supply all the information needed on the first contact efficiently and accurately, in a way that is understood by the client. Carrying out instructions received via post, Online and e-mail within the agreed timescales. Being aware of and sensitive to different client’s needs and adapting your approach accordingly.Ensuring that clients have understood the information provided to them and using alternative methods when this is not the case.

  • Process client instructions efficiently, getting them right first time.
  • To be a Vulnerable Client Champion by ensuring adherence to our vulnerable client policy and procedures
  • Focus on personal development and initiatives that continually improve our service to advisers.

The candidate:

Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent, with at least a 'C’ in English and Maths Mathematics.

Previous experience in client facing or customer service based role

Desirable:

  • Financial Services Qualification (IOC, CFP)
  • Knowledge and understanding of ISAs and Pensions
  • Salary 33K Plus bonus 10% discretionary and benefits hybrid work 3 days home 2 days office in the city.
