Fund Management Contracts Manager - Real Estate/Commercial Property

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Fund Management Contracts Manager to oversee and actively manage a high-value Fund Management Contract. This role focuses on implementing a robust performance monitoring system and contributing to the development of the contract specification for future procurement.

Reporting to senior management, the successful candidate will operate in a hybrid work pattern, attending in-office meetings as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the existing Fund Management Contract, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive performance monitoring system.
  • Analyse contract operations and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in drafting the specification for the upcoming contract.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Resolve contract disputes efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee the achievement of KPIs and performance targets.

Essential Screening Criteria:

  • Demonstrable experience managing large contracts valued up to £1 million.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Successful track record in managing and resolving contract disputes.
  • Experience in drafting or contributing to contract specifications.
  • Evidence of successful KPI management within previous contract roles.
