Our client is a fast-growing, international investment manager. This newly created role within the Investor Relations team offers a unique opportunity to engage with investors and help oversee a substantial fund of funds investment vehicle.

This position is ideal for Investor Relations specialists passionate about building and nurturing strong investor relationships in a high-energy, dynamic environment. You will play a pivotal role supporting an experienced Senior Director in overseeing a large internal investment vehicle.

In this role, you'll work alongside the Senior Director to address queries from over 500 employees and partners regarding their investments. With modernisation underway to replace manual processes with a new, bespoke system, candidates will bring robust analytical skills and investor-facing experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute ideas, grow and be valued within a fast-paced, supportive team.Key Responsibilities

  • Support investors with queries related to fund performance, trade activity, and fund types.
  • Assist in overseeing subscriptions, redemptions, and fund switches in collaboration with the outsourced fund administrator.
  • Generate periodic investor reports and documentation, including investment reviews and cash flow analysis for investors.
  • Assisting with month-end processes, ensuring accuracy in trade booking, financial statements & NAV spot-checking and overseeing share register updates.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to uphold high standards of investor service.
  • This role suits a proactive, high-energy team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

To be considered, candidates will hold a finance or mathematics degree with 3-5 years of investor relations experience in investment management or fund administration. You should bring advanced Excel skills, meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to oversee high transaction volumes. Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service are essential.
