Are you an experienced Commercial Plumber Engineer looking for a stable and rewarding role? We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team and provide essential plumbing maintenance across commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:?? Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) - Routine servicing of plumbing systems.?? Reactive Plumbing Repairs - Diagnose and fix leaks, burst pipes, and drainage issues.?? Installation & Replacement - Fit sinks, toilets, taps, and pipework.?? Hot & Cold Water Systems - Maintain and service heating and water supply systems.?? Legionella Prevention & Water Treatment - Conduct temperature checks and monitor water hygiene (if trained).?? Sanitary & Drainage Systems - Maintain and clear blockages in drainage systems.?? General Building Services Support - Assist with minor maintenance tasks as required.?? Compliance & Safety Checks - Ensure all work meets industry regulations and health & safety standards.
What We're Looking For:?? Qualified Plumber - NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering.?? Commercial Plumbing Experience - Background in maintaining commercial buildings.?? Knowledge of Legionella Compliance & Water Regulations (preferable).?? Health & Safety Awareness - Understanding of risk assessments and compliance.?? Proactive & Reliable - Able to work independently and problem-solve efficiently
