- Lead, mentor, and develop a talented kitchen team to ensure outstanding performance.
- Oversee all kitchen operations, from preparation to service, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Design and develop seasonal, innovative, and tailored menus to meet client expectations.
- Maintain the highest hygiene and food safety standards, ensuring full compliance.
- Collaborate with sales and event teams to craft exceptional culinary experiences.
- Manage kitchen budgets, food costs, and stock control, ensuring GP targets are met.
- Proven experience as a Head or Executive Chef in luxury catering or high-end events.
- Strong ability to create custom, bespoke menus tailored to each event.
- A natural leader with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about food, presentation, and guest experience.
