The role of?Junior Sous Chef:
- Cooking?seasonal?classic European cuisine, using quality?fresh?ingredients, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Support with busy services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Be an integral part of the wider kitchen management team.
- Training,?development?and supervision?of?junior Chefs within the team.
- Working as part of a?professional team within a highly organised, well-equipped?kitchen.
What we're looking for in a Junior Sous Chef:
- Previous experience as a Junior Sous or Senior Chef De?Partie?within?a similar kitchen environment and/or hospitality setting.
- A good knowledge of?classical techniques as well as excellent product knowledge.
- Proficientin?Food Safety and?Health & Safety?legislation.
- Goodcommunicator and able to communicate effectively with all departments in the spirit of the company values.
- Able to lead positively and promote a sense of collaboration and professionalism.
- Has the Right to Work in the UK.
