We are working with a prestigious, boutique clinic in the heart of London’s West End, known for delivering some of the most advanced assessments and medical care to high-profile clients. As part of a major digital transformation project, they are seeking a clinically-minded individual to support the organisation and structuring of complex patient data.This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a leading medical setting, supporting operations and working alongside both junior and senior clinicians.Location: West End, London (Hybrid: Initial office-based, then 2–3 days WFH)Contract Type: Full-Time Temporary (2–3 Months)Start Date: ASAP Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pmReporting To: Client Services Team / Junior ClinicianKey Responsibilities:
  • Review and interpret thousands of clinical result files
  • Create and maintain a master spreadsheet of all biomarkers used by the clinic
  • Document each biomarker with:
    • Test name/title
    • Source of the biomarker
    • Levels/values
    • Descriptions and clinical guidance (provided)
  • Ensure all data is accurately logged and presented in a consistent, readable format
  • Collaborate with clinicians and client services team to ensure correct understanding of terminology
  • Maintain high attention to detail and meet regular progress milestones
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Background in biosciences, nursing, or medicine
  • Comfortable interpreting clinical terminology (e.g. blood lipids, hormones, inflammation markers)
  • Strong understanding of patient records and clinical documentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Tech-savvy – confident using spreadsheets and digital systems
  • Proactive, reliable, and collaborative
  • Keen to gain exposure to the operational side of a high-end medical clinic
  • Fast learner with the ability to hit the ground running
  • Available full-time for the next 2–3 months
