They are now looking for a talented Data Analyst to join their team and play a key role in helping achieve their objectives through data-driven insights.
Role Overview: My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Data Analyst to lead the delivery of actionable customer insights from first-party data within their central database. You will work closely with multiple teams, including Customer Strategy & Marketing, Participation, and Major Events, using data to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic data analysis projects that deliver insights to meet business objectives, with a focus on increasing participation.
- Manage and maintain data flows and datasets within Salesforce CRM Analytics.
- Apply predictive modelling, machine learning, and statistical techniques to forecast trends and business outcomes.
- Create self-serve dashboards and data visualisations to present insights effectively.
- Establish and advocate for best practices in data analytics, particularly within the Customer Strategy and Marketing teams.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance analytical capabilities within Salesforce CRM Analytics.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience in data analysis, ideally with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
- Strong experience working in an omnichannel marketing environment, handling complex data.
- Expertise in SQL or SAQL, predictive modelling, segmentation, and statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their practical application.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Qlikview, or Power BI.
- Degree-level education in a numerate subject (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Machine Learning).
Desirable:
- Salesforce CRM Analytics certification.
