Data Analyst - IoT Devices - London

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Analyst, to assist with collecting, processing, and analysing data from IoT devices and sensors to derive meaningful insights.

This for our client who are a Russell Group University. This will be on a long-term contract, Inside IR35 and hybrid working out of London.

Overview:We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join a team perming exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns and trends in IoT data and using statistical methods and machine learning techniques to predict behaviours and detect anomalies in IoT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reliability by developing and following rigorous data validation protocols.
  • Design and maintain efficient pipelines for storing, cleaning, and accessing IoT data.
  • Collaborate with software and hardware teams to ensure seamless data collection and integration
  • Create intuitive dashboards and reports to present findings to stakeholders using tools like Tableau & Power BI,
  • Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IoT systems.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of working on IoT Devices.
  • Data Analysis skills with Visualisation and Reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for improving data collection processes and IoT device performance.
  • Implementing best practices for IoT data analytics.
