As a Data Analyst, you'll work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to monitor and report on campaign performance, analyze AB tests, and deliver valuable insights to improve UX and monetization. You'll also play a crucial role in shaping strategic decisions by providing in-depth analytics to support business growth and product development.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Build out new monitoring and reporting dashboards, using SQL and Domo* Work closely with our marketing teams across acquisition or retention (CRM) to help them understand the benefit of our marketing activity* Analyse AB tests and experiments to enable us to continuously improve our campaigns and user experience* Deliver in-depth analytics projects, using data to identify opportunities and to analyse and solve complex business problems* Support the ongoing growth of the marketplace, including carrying out analysis needed to launch new products, improve existing products and unlock growth across verticals
YOUR KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills
- Proven track record in marketing analytics/customer analytics
- Experience with Domo, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage workloads effectively
- Desire to learn and collaborate with others
