As a Data Analyst within our Internal Audit team, your primary responsibility will be providing technical support for workflow and management tools while delivering data analytics reporting. You'll manage ongoing enhancements of audit tools and applications while overseeing access management. Your role will also involve conducting research on new tools and participating in disaster recovery testing. Additionally, you'll execute analytics projects under supervision while collaborating with auditors to identify new opportunities for analytics.
- Provide technical support for key applications such as TeamMate, SharePoint, Shared Drives, Asana, Grammarly, Articulate, and Tempus.
- Manage ongoing enhancements and the rollout of audit tools and applications.
- Oversee access management, including recertifications and verification processes.
- Deliver technical support for the annual and quarterly Audit Risk Assessment and Audit Plan processes.
- Conduct research and deployment of new tools.
- Participate in disaster recovery testing to ensure system resilience.
- Execute analytics and reporting projects, under supervision, including requirements gathering, development, validation, and interpretation of results.
- Collaborate with auditors and other stakeholders to identify new opportunities for analytics and visualizations.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Data Analyst position will bring proficiency in TeamMate or similar audit workpaper tools along with demonstrated skills in data analytics tools such as SQL Server, Alteryx or Python. Experience in data visualization using Power BI or comparable technologies is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required along with strong attention to detail and analytical skills. The ability to independently initiate and manage projects with minimal supervision is key. A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2-8 years of experience in data analysis or a technical domain are required.
