Temporary Data Archivist

  • £15.36 - £17.18 per hour
  • 9-5 - Monday to Friday
  • 37-hour week - hybrid - 2/3 days a week required in the office

  • 3 months

We are looking for an archive administrator for 3 months.

My client is carrying out a review of their offsite data storage to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements around data retention while reducing risks associated with holding unnecessary data.

You will work with the Security and Estates Manager to collate and categorise all data into data tables and liaise with internal asset owners to identify data owners, apply data retention principles, and identify data that can be securely deleted.

We are looking for someone:

  • With previous data management experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work methodically and accurately.
  • Happy to work independently
  • Who is a confident and effective communicator.
  • You will need good working knowledge of MS 365 - in particular Word, Excel, outlook

London based with some travel to regional offices and off-site storage locations required.
