As a Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to identify reporting challenges and address them through effective analysis and the appropriate tools, including PowerBI and Professional Services Automation (PSA). In this role, you will lead the Business Analyst team in partnership with the Head of Solution Delivery to pinpoint areas for enhancement and take ownership of improvement initiatives.

You will be tasked with ensuring the precise and timely reporting of utilization across our Professional Services organization using our PSA tool, while also developing reporting capabilities and conducting comparisons between PSA and PowerBI.

The Data Analyst will collaborate with the Professional Services leadership team to deliver insights on revenue performance, identify data quality gaps, and provide recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting the revenue forecasting status to the Professional Services leadership.

We expect you to have experience in analysing the alignment between business requirements and system capabilities, as well as a proven track record of effectively managing stakeholder relationships at all levels.

To thrive in the Data Analyst role, you should possess a solid understanding of data modelling and data migration processes (including mapping, extracting, converting, and loading), along with experience utilizing strategic tools such as PowerBI and PSA.
