Marshall Wolfe is proud to be supporting a global technology company in their search for an experienced Data Insight analyst with strong ML for an initial 6 month contract (Inside IR35). The role is based in their London office. This is a hybrid role, and the candidate must be committed to 3 days on-site per week.

This role would be suitable for someone passionate about driving impactful business decisions through data insights and wants exposure to improving ML systems in a commercial B2C environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee a measurable customer contact strategy that directly translates to commercial impact.
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives, analysing data to optimize performance.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement by creating compelling, actionable insights that support the adoption of our analytics platform.
  • Educate decision-makers on data-driven strategies and machine learning benefits.
  • Collaborate on product development, ensuring accurate data handling for effective reporting.
  • Communicate insights effectively with engaging visualizations and clear, non-technical language.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in measuring campaign performance and delivering KPI reports.
  • Strong skills in Python, R, SQL, and a solid understanding of mathematical and statistical principles.
  • Experience across digital ecosystems, including CRM, web, and content platforms.
  • Expertise in segmentation techniques, analytical skills, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Team-oriented, with a knack for collaborative problem-solving.
