Job Title: Employee Relations Advisor

Location: West London

Salary: £40-£42k per annum (depending on experience)

We have working with our client based in West London who are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join their busy HR team. This role will involve managing various levels of ER cases, providing advice and guidance to managers and ensuring that all requests are dealt with in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of employee relations issues.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and consistent. application of company policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing Employee Relations cases.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.CIPD would be advantageous.
