Resident Liaison Officer - Social Housing
- Salary up to 33k + package + 8% pension
- SHDF project on scattered properties

The Role:
We are looking for a RLO to work with a one of the top 5 Property Services companies. You must be dynamic and have prior experience in Social Refurb. You will work on the L&Q contract onstreet properties in South London as part of a Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between residents, contractors, and the project team.
- Address and resolve resident queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
- Ensure residents, including vulnerable individuals, receive the necessary support during the works.
- Carry out pre-condition surveys and assist with resident engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, concerns, and resolutions.
- Work closely with site and management teams to coordinate access and programme updates.
- Ensure all resident engagement aligns with health and safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar role in the construction/property services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Driving licenses required!
- Familiarity with property maintenance, construction processes, and relevant regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
