Company Based in Harlow require an Experienced Paint Sprayer.

Skills & requirements

  • A minimum of3 years of professional spray-painting experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering flawless, factory-quality top coats on metals, and other materials
  • Strong knowledge of spray gun operation, including HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) and airless spraying techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to producing precision finishes.
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards related to spray painting environments, including ventilation, protective equipment, and material handling.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Top Priority - Factory-Quality Finish: Your main responsibility will be delivering a flawless factory finish top coat on all joinery, ensuring every item is of the highest standard.
  • Attention to Detail: Deliver an impeccable finish with no imperfections, adhering to the highest standards of quality control.
  • Maintenance & Equipment Care: Maintain spray painting equipment, including cleaning, and performing regular checks to ensure smooth operation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to meet project timelines and ensure the quality of finished pieces aligns with client expectations.
  • Health & Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines within the spray booth and workshop to create a safe working environment for you and the team.
You will be required to work Monday to Thursday 0800-1645 and Friday 0800-1400.
