What You’ll Be Doing

As a van-based Spray Technician, you’ll be travelling across Greater London and the Home Counties, restoring baths in both commercial and domestic settings. You'll be hands-on, practical, and trained in our specialist restoration techniques.

• Surface prep and spray application of our proprietary bath coatings

• Delivering premium results that wow our clients

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism

• Communicating clearly with clients and team members

• • Working independently — with the full backing of a supportive team

  What We’re Looking For

  You don’t need spray experience — we’ll train you from the ground up — but we’re looking for someone who is:

  • Detail-oriented with a natural eye for finish and colour

  • Hands-on and practical — loves working with their hands

  • Solution-focused — you see challenges as things to overcome, not obstacles

  • Reliable and self-motivated, with great time management

  • Positive and professional in attitude, appearance, and communication

  • Team-first mindset — you know we succeed together

  ? A full UK driver’s licence is required? DBS check & CSCS Green Card required (or willingness to get them)
