About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Graduate Town Planner to join my client's London-based team. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a diverse range of projects, working closely with experienced planning professionals and benefiting from structured training and development opportunities. The role will provide hands-on experience across various planning services, including strategic advice, planning appraisals, prior approval applications, and environmental impact assessments.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing planning applications, appeals, and impact assessments.

Conduct research and analysis to support planning proposals and policy development.

Engage with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients to facilitate planning processes.

Support senior planners with project management and strategic advice.

Contribute to placemaking consultancy and land promotion initiatives.

Keep up to date with planning legislation, regulations, and market trends.
Requirements:

A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.

A keen interest in UK planning policies, legislation, and development.

Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Ability to manage workload effectively in a dynamic environment.

Previous work experience or internship in planning (desirable but not essential).
