As a Graduate Town Planner, your responsibilities will include: - Supporting Planning Applications: Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals, and other associated documents. - Research and Analysis: Conducting detailed research into planning policies, site appraisals, and relevant legislation to inform project strategies. - Client and Stakeholder Interaction: Engaging with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate the smooth delivery of planning projects. - Policy & Development Guidance: Assisting with the preparation of planning reports, presentations, and supporting documents for project proposals. - Site Visits: Conducting site visits to assess conditions and collect information for ongoing projects.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you must have: - A RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field. - Immaculate academic performance with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - A solid understanding of planning legislation and development processes. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - A passion for sustainable urban development and a keen interest in contributing to impactful planning projects. - A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
