They are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Town Planner to join our dynamic team in London!
The Role as a Graduate Town Planner:
As a Graduate Town Planner, you will play a key role in assisting with a variety of planning projects, contributing to the preparation of planning applications, conducting site visits, and liaising with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience and develop a rewarding career in town planning.
Key Responsibilities Graduate Town Planner:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications.
- Conduct research and analysis to support planning projects.
- Attend site visits and provide reports on findings.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure project success.
- Stay updated on planning policies, legislation, and best practices.
Requirements as a Graduate Town Planner:
- Academic Qualifications: A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field. A-level grades of A-B in relevant subjects.
- Experience: Previous experience in a planning-related role (through internships, placements, or employment).
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
