They are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Town Planner to join our dynamic team in London!

The Role as a Graduate Town Planner:
As a Graduate Town Planner, you will play a key role in assisting with a variety of planning projects, contributing to the preparation of planning applications, conducting site visits, and liaising with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience and develop a rewarding career in town planning.

Key Responsibilities Graduate Town Planner:

Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications.
Conduct research and analysis to support planning projects.
Attend site visits and provide reports on findings.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure project success.
Stay updated on planning policies, legislation, and best practices.

Requirements as a Graduate Town Planner:

Academic Qualifications: A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field. A-level grades of A-B in relevant subjects.
Experience: Previous experience in a planning-related role (through internships, placements, or employment).
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
