The Company:
Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-known architectural practice based in London that offers a wide range of services, including architecture, master planning, urban design, and planning consultancy. They are particularly involved in large-scale residential and mixed-use developments, often working with developers and local authorities to deliver projects that meet high design and planning standard. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Senior Town Planner to join their busy team.
The Role:
As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of successful development projects. Key planning services offered by my client include, planning applications, planning consultancy, master planning, and planning appeals. You will be expected to manage junior members of staff and be largely client facing.
Requirements:
- MRTPI accredited.
- Happy to work predominantly in the office
- Substantial commercial planning experience, ideally in the commercial sector.
