Overview:

Ardeta Search are working with a innovative and leading planning and development consultancy who have a significant presence in the Yorkshire region and are now looking to expand their team in London.

Following significant growth and the successful delivery of projects across the UK they are looking to build out their London team and seeking an ambitious Senior Town Planner or Town planner.

Roles & Responsibilities:


Project Leadership: Take the helm of major planning projects and applications within either the public or private sectors.

Autonomy:Demonstrate confidence in independently managing projects while seamlessly contributing to the collective success of the team.

Client Interaction:Engage with confidence, showcasing excellent written and spoken communication skills when dealing with clients and industry peers.

Detail Orientation:Bring a discerning eye for detail to ensure the success and excellence of each project.

Flexible Collaboration:Embrace their vibrant and sociable culture, allowing for remote work flexibility while maintaining a strong office presence


Looking we are looking for:


  • Demonstrate proven expertise as a Planner / Senior Planner (3-5 years experience)
  • Exhibit a strong background in major projects and planning applications.
  • Strong written and spoken language communication skills, critical for effective project communication.
  • Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or RICS or be on the journey to completing.
  • Strong knowledge of planning legislation, policies, and procedures and any experience of strategic land planning would be advantageous.
