Job Title: Senior Town Planner

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading global consultancy who is looking for a Senior Town Planner to join a dynamic planning team, based in Farringdon, London. This is a fantastic chance to work on a diverse range of projects and gain experience in a variety of sectors, including residential, mixed-use developments, data centres, airports, retail, logistics, and major infrastructure.

What you will be doing:

Managing planning casework independently, while working alongside multidisciplinary experts.
Delivering on complex planning applications for a wide range of high-profile projects.
Supporting Planning Directors in managing their caseloads.
Mentoring and actively supporting junior members of the team, including Graduates and Apprentices.
Engaging with our internal Prospects Planning Group, contributing to the future of planning.

What we're looking for:

Chartered Senior Town Planner
Experience in the Private Sector
Town Planning degree
Strong knowledge of planning policy and local planning issues.
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven corporate environment.
A passion for planning, development, and environmental matters.
The drive to help shape the urban environment and contribute to large-scale, impactful projects.
