As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile projects across a variety of sectors, including:

Key Responsibilities
路Manage and deliver planning applications and appeals for a range of projects.
路Provide expert advice to clients, ensuring compliance with planning regulations and policies.
路Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
路Undertake site appraisals, feasibility studies, and strategic planning.
路Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the planning team.
Requirements
路Chartered status with the MRTPI (or actively working towards it).
路Proven experience in the private sector, with a track record of managing complex projects.
路Comprehensive knowledge of UK planning policy and legislation.
路Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
路Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
