This role offers the opportunity to lead and influence high-value, complex projects across multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

The Position as a Senior Town Planner

Project Management: Lead on significant planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client objectives and align with planning policy.
Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering strategic advice and innovative solutions.
Planning Applications: Oversee the preparation and submission of complex planning applications, including appeals and representations.
Policy Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews of planning policies, identifying opportunities and risks for clients.
Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of the team

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner

RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant.
Previous relevant consultancy experience.
MRTPI qualified.
Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy frameworks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present effectively to clients and stakeholders.
