Senior Town Planner - London

Location: Kings Cross, LondonPosition: Senior Town PlannerWorking Hours: 4 Day Working Week

My client, a leader in sustainable infrastructure, is seeking two Senior Town Planners to lead major Development Consent Orders (DCOs), ideally with solar experience.

With over 30 years in renewable energy and development, my client specialises in solar farms, waste-to-heat, battery storage, and real estate, offering full-service solutions from design to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead two major DCOs, ideally with solar expertise.
  • Advise on greenfield and sustainable development projects.
  • Work with stakeholders, including local authorities and private clients.
  • Ensure planning compliance and manage complex challenges.

Key Requirements:

  • Senior-level experience, particularly with greenfield sites.
  • Experience managing DCOs, preferably in solar.
  • Strong knowledge of UK planning policies, with public and private sector experience.
  • Scottish experience is preferred.
