Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a large and leading Specialist Town Planning Consultancy in London with the hire of a Town Planner.

Our client is one of London's biggest and most regarded consultancies with multiple planning teams led by experienced Directors. This role and team its attached to focusses on the restaurant and minerals sectors, and is led by two specialist and knowledgeable Directors.

The role will offer the successful Town Planner experience with planning applications for Mineral extraction, Concrete batching plants, Aggregate plant and depots, Urban coating plants, Waste recycling operations, Site Remediation.

From a restaurant perspective, the candidate will undertake initial appraisals to inform site acquisitions through to securing all necessary planning, listed building and advertisement consents for new restaurants.

Requirements

The Assistant Town Planner should hold relevant planning qualification(s) and appropriate experience at Town Planner level. You should be able to run jobs with minimal supervision and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. My client is keen to hear from Assistant Town Planners who are enthusiastic, career-minded and committed to your own personal development.
