This is a fantastic opportunity to join an AJ100 practice who provide award-winning sustainable and innovative designs across the residential, education, commercial, and healthcare sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their London studios and deliver on a range of projects within the residential sector.
To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technologist, the successful individual will need be at least ACIAT registered with significant experience as a Technologist working on residential projects within a UK practice. The individual will need to have a relevant architectural technology degree, as well as being able to demonstrate proficiency with Revit. You will need to have strong technical detailing skills as well as up to date knowledge of UK building regulations.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Strong experience as an Architectural Technologist within the UK practice
- Strong experience managing projects within the residential sector
- ACIAT qualified
- Proficient with Revit
- Experience working on projects from RIBA stages 4 onwards
- Strong technical detailing skills and understanding of construction methodologies
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current UK building regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
