Salary: 40000-50000 (dependent on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Architectural Technologist to join a prestigious RIBA Chartered practice based in Central London. This well-established team works across a variety of sectors, including leisure, residential, and masterplanning, with an impressive portfolio of upcoming projects both in the UK and internationally.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Design development and technical design
- Working through all RIBA stages, with a focus on stages 4 and 5
- Preparing Building Regulation documents, tender information and construction documents (NBS and drawings)
- Site inspections
- A range of residential and hospitality projects
Requirements for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Degree, HND, or HNC in Architectural Technology
- CIAT accreditation
- Significant post-qualification experience
- Able to produce high-quality technical designs
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team
- Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
- Proficiency in Vectorworks is a plus
