Architectural Technologist Role in Central London!

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to manage the full life cycle of construction projects across various sectors, including education, residential, commercial, blue light, and industrial. You will work closely with project teams at different stages of the project, showcasing your strong technical knowledge and expertise.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience, including leading projects.

  • Proficiency in Revit and a solid understanding of BIM.

  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction details.

  • Experience delivering architectural projects through both traditional and design & build procurement routes.

  • Client-focused with excellent commercial awareness, and a track record of building and maintaining relationships to identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaborative team player with strong people management, delegation, and influencing skills.

  • Experience managing all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work, from project inception to contract administration (desirable).
