My client is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-orientated Architectural Technologist to join their award-winning and knowledgeable team in London. The practice has ambitious plans to broaden their reach across the UK by delivering sustainable and innovative projects across a range of sectors and scales, so this is an exciting time to join the team.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have significant experience working on residential projects and a keen interest in sustainable design. You should also have proven experience working through all RIBA stages. Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • HNC/HND or a Degree in Architectural Technology
  • CIAT accredited
  • Significant experience working in a UK-based practice
  • Residential project experience is beneficial
  • Collaborating with clients, consultants and contractors to allow projects to run efficiently
  • Producing technical drawings and specifications
  • Developing design concepts and presentations alongside Senior team members
  • Conducting site visits and construction inspections
  • Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
