A top AJ100 award winning multidisciplinary practice whose expertise spans architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, planning and sustainability is currently recruiting for an Associate / Principal Landscape Architect. The practice specialises in medium to large scale residential schemes and masterplans. They are at the forefront of innovation and design in this sector. The landscape team is both well-established and sizeable. They work on beautiful, resilient and biodiverse schemes.

The role requires a highly experienced Landscape Architect with a solid track record of project running. You will be responsible for running a team of Landscape Architects and collectively, designing and delivering multiple high quality projects at any one time. Other duties include leading, motivating and developing more junior members of the team, managing resources, contributing to fee agreements and promoting the practices landscape design expertise. Projects will be a combination of standalone landscape projects or the landscape element of an architectural scheme. You will need to be able to demonstrate your capability to take responsibility for the delivery of multiple large and / or complex projects across all the RIBA stages as well as having a solid grasp of the UK design standards and statutory requirements.
