Key Responsibilities:
Design and Planning:
- Lead your team in conceptual development and technical execution of projects.

- Present proposals, address enquiries, and negotiate amendments with clients.
- Write fee proposals and demonstrate commercial awareness in project programming and resource allocation.
Team Collaboration:
- Participate in senior management and pod/squad meetings to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Engage in thought leadership and QA groups to contribute to the firm's strategic direction.
Business Development:
- Drive new business generation and contribute to the strategic growth of the company.
- Represent the firm at marketing events and conferences, often outside core work hours.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in project management and resource planning.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Experience with invoicing and financial management.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
