Landscape Architect Job in Marylebone, London

This Landscape Architect Job provides an exciting opportunity to lead large-scale projects from concept through to completion across healthcare, education, public realm, and commercial developments. With the team's expanding portfolio and ambitious growth plans, Senior Landscape Architects are also encouraged to apply.

My client is a multidisciplinary AJ100 practice with 6 offices across the UK and a global presence. They are known for innovative, sustainable designs across healthcare, education, commercial, and residential sectors. The projects are primarily UK-based, with some international work. You will be part of a small, collaborative team of 5 in the London office, working on high-quality environments that enhance communities while pushing the boundaries of modern architecture.

Role & Responsibilities

  • From initial design to site works, you'll take charge and lead the entire process on a range of projects, including healthcare, education, and the public realm - this is your chance to put your stamp on a variety of projects

  • You'll be the point of contact for clients and consultants, ensuring everyone's on the same page

  • Supporting junior team members is key; we're looking for someone who enjoys sharing knowledge and ensuring everyone works together to get the job done

  • Reporting to the Landscape Director and Associates.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience running projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met

  • Experience in healthcare, education, and public realm projects, with the ability to adapt to various project scales

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members

  • Experience with Revit is highly desirable, though training can be provided if necessary

  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment

  • Ideally, you will be chartered, but if not, they can also support your progression with this.
