Tiger Private is seeking an experienced Head Gardener for a private estate located in Fife. Spanning 1,500 acres, this privately owned estate operates as a business and hosts paying guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for horticulture and will collaborate with a Junior Gardener to restore the gardens to their former glory. This position provides the opportunity for a truly creative individual to work with a supportive management team to work on a plain canvas. This is a live-out role, with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, and occasional weekend work as needed. Due to the rural location of the estate, a full UK driving license is required.Tiger is B Corp Certified.
